About Mrs. Tolman
Hi, I’m Mrs. Tolman—AVID teacher, doctoral candidate, certified SEL facilitator, 500-hour yoga instructor, podcast host, proud mom, and passionate advocate for education with purpose.
I hold a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment, and I’ve completed the Principal Preparation Program at UT Arlington. I’m currently working on my dissertation to earn my Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction, with a focus on designing meaningful, mindful learning experiences that last a lifetime.
I believe learning should be engaging, empowering, and deeply human.
Outside the classroom, I stay grounded through yoga, creative projects, and quality time with my family and our four rescue dogs. Whether I’m leading a workshop, recording an episode of Mrs. Tolman Saves the World, or cheering on my students, I’m always learning right alongside you.
